Recommendation: Staff respectfully recommends that the City Council appoint one of its members as Mayor and a second as Mayor Pro Tem to serve for a period of one year consistent with Banning Municipal Code, Chapter 2.04.070.
Parks and Recreation Commission Appointment - Position 4, term ending January 31, 2027.
Recommendation: Appoint the applicant to fill the vacancy in Position 4, term ending January 31, 2027, on the Banning Parks and Recreation Commission.
